              今天我要給大家推薦的是博士力士樂(lè)PV7系列先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵。博士力士樂(lè)PV7型液壓泵是先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵。 Rexroth先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵的zui大工作壓力160bar和zui大流量270 l/min,它主要由泵體 、轉(zhuǎn)子 、葉片、定子環(huán)、壓力控制器和調(diào)節(jié)螺栓組成。博士力士樂(lè)先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵的特點(diǎn):低工作噪音;由于液壓動(dòng)壓潤(rùn)滑的滑動(dòng)軸承而擁有長(zhǎng)的軸承壽命; 擁有壓力控制和流量控制的可能性;很小的磁滯;極短的上調(diào)和下調(diào)時(shí)間。

              博士力士樂(lè)PV7型液壓泵是變量葉片泵。主要由泵體(1)、轉(zhuǎn)子(2)、葉片(3)、定子環(huán)(4)、壓力控制器(5)和調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(6)組成。圓形的定子環(huán)(4)夾持在小調(diào)節(jié)活塞(10) 和大調(diào)節(jié)活塞(11)之間。此環(huán)的第三個(gè)接觸點(diǎn)是高度調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(7)。 被驅(qū)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)子(2)在定子環(huán)(4)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。轉(zhuǎn)子槽內(nèi)的葉片由于離心力的作用壓在定子環(huán)(4)上。
